Great run with Kels and Chloe up to Malans peak before leaving for Great Falls. 

Great run along the Missouri river trail in Great Falls from my hotel to the Lewis and Clark center past the falls.  Ended up running through a local Triathalon here that they have on part of the river trail.  I didn't cause any problems so that's good.

Nice run this afternoon along the Missouri river in Great Falls.  From my hotel to the east to the first dam/falls.  Not too warm and very windy but my stomach was too full from lunch.  Wished I could have thrown up.  I'm not used to running with anything on my stomach.

Walked out the door this morning for my normal run and thought...hey I have the day off of work what am I doing running on pavement.  So I changed shoes hopped in the car and hit Oreo's Wheeler canyon loop.  What an awesome run, I love that loop.  Wrong turn at the end of middle fork added a little distance.  Felt a little guilty for most of it because I realized I didn't text Nick and ask if he wanted to go.  Sorry bro...I feel bad.

Nice run on a coolish morning up the Terrace and down through South Weber.  I guess there's a first time for everything....running on South Weber Drive a little south of Riverside golf course and a big goat comes running after me like a dog.  I start to pet it and see if I can see the owner then it acts like it wants to play and starts rearing up and butting me in the leg.  Didn't hurt and it was kinda funny it was jumping around and butting me playfully.  I had to walk up and knock on the door or it would have followed me.  Fun times...

Easy cruiser on the BST above Weber State.  What a great morning, looked like they were running R-SCAPE this morning so I made sure I yeilded to the racers.  

Back to the grind after having last week off.  Nice run back on the pavement.

Tired today but I drug my butt out the door and ran my heavy legs today.  Ok run just felt kinda blah.

Big day planned for tomorrow so decided to go for an easy run this morning.  Ended up running harder than planned so hopefully it won't affect tomorrows run but I feel good now.

Change of plan pushed the BIG day to tomorrow, stupid work...  Anyway nice and easy today with no watch.  Good morning for a jaunt around the hood.  

What's up with South Ogden City.  No construction on Adams Ave. south of Washington until a week before school and then they start tearing it up for the second year in a row at the same time.  Just makes a mess to try and run through.

What an awesome morning.  Headed out at 4:30AM with Oreo on the North Fork trailhead to Willard Peak and Ben Lomond.  Everything was pretty wet on the way up because of the rain last night but didn't stop anything and we still had a great time.  North Fork trail is really worth it, what a great trail.  Anybody who likes trails should hit this.

Willard peak was my favorite, thought Ben Lomond would be.  Ran into a whole herd of Mountain Goats just below Willard peak...very cool.  Great Day!

Nice and easy to today...still have some tiredness in my legs from Friday.

Couldn't sleep so I finally gave in about midnight and went for a run.  Nice and quiet out...imagine that.  Not many people out at that time pretty surprising.  Came back, showered and went to bed, exciting times.

Nice coolish morning today just cruisin.  Only almost got hit 1 time so not too bad today....

Tired, hard, sweatfest run this morning.  Ended up running HMP so really can't complain but the effort felt pretty good.

Tired...tired legs, body, and brain.  So goal today was easy.  Not a problem today and got a nice light rain for the last 3.5. 

Easy run pacing Brandon on the Ogden River Parkway this morning.  What a perfect morning for a run with a good friend.  Great time!

Another couldn't sleep night so this run started at about 12:30AM this morning.  I'm kinda starting to enjoy these occasionally everything is so quiet and there's no traffic.  Now I'm tired so that's the down side.

Good run and nice morning but today is still blah, not feeling it today.

As of today I've been running in the mornings for 16 years.  Wow doesn't seem that long.

Almost didn't get a run in today.  Very tired getting up and then fell asleep.  Woke up about 15 minutes late and hit it anyway.  Really good effort today, I'm happy with that and a good run so it was worth getting out the door when I didn't want to.

Run...I put one foot in front of the other kinda fast for a long time....

Awesome Wheelers loop with Oreo this morning...couldn't have been a better morning.  Thanks Nick!  Good for the soul.

Good run around Great Falls this morning.  Kinda got lost for a bit, in that I missed a couple of turns.  Most of the run was along the Missouri river so it made for some nice scenery.
