| | Got up...first win of the day, and got out for a nice run today which is the second win of the day. We got a pretty good rain last night for 15-20 minutes so I was hoping that would clear the air a bit.

AM Part 2 - Nice run with Brandon, Tim, Brett, Ben, and Cody from Botannical east toward the canyon. Very windy out of the canyon today. Good run, good times.
Today marks 20 years since I switched from running after work to running in the mornings. I'm so thankful that I started running and have kept up for 20.5 years.
