| | Half marathon Tuesday. Nice morning out on the Riverdale parkway. 4 miles with Tim from Pig farm south and back and then solo north around 21st St pond and back. Feels good to get back to 13 on a weekday.

| | Well that was short lived, warm again this morning after the one day yesterday. Good run today felt tired but ended up with a good pace and effort for me.

| | Awesome tough morning up at Snowbasin on the Sardine Trail loop. I forget how great that trail is, glad I got up there finally.

| | Met Chad at the Botanical Gardens at 6, Brandon and Tim slept it. We ran up to Rainbow and then I dragged Chad up the BST for a mile and then back to Botanical for 5 miles. Then I went solo back up to Rainbow and then down to Lincoln and back to the Botanical gardens for a back and forth 11 this morning.

| | Nice run this morning with a good crew, Tim, Brett, Chad, Brandon, and Scott. Basically ran the Mountain To Metro course from Jump off trail head down canal trail to Rainbow Gardens and then down the Ogden river parkway to 21st st pond. I added a lap around the pond.

| | Half Marathon Tuesday on a nice morning. Not quite as cool as I thought it would be. My left inner thigh was sore from Saturday so I took it easy for a couple of days. Feels ok now but I'll need to take it easy effort wise.

East Canyon Half Marathon (13.1 Miles) 02:06:08, Place overall: 70, Place in age division: 4 | | Decided on Wednesday to do the East Canyon half marathon. Good Ogden and Huntsville type course for a training run. Felt good today and did a little better than I thought I would.
