| | Big group this morning Emily, Sarah, Scott, Brandon, Chad, Brett, Ben, Tim, and Alan. Dropped cars off at Riverdale City offices and then met everybody at Rainbow Gardens. Ran down the parkway to 21st pond, around the pond, then south into Riverdale to the city offices. Great morning, good time today.

| | Great run this morning with Brandon, Brett, and Ben. Started at North Washington Blvd. and took the canal trail out to the elk then down and back on Pleasant View drive to Lee's. Next Saturday run with the boys is Huntsville Half.

| | Walking around shopping Sunday I kinda slipped on a couple of wet spots and strained my groin area so I've taken a few days off this week. Finally felt like I could give a run a try this morning. Felt great to get out again. Took it nice and easy so as not to cause further problems. Best of all is I feel great this afternoon.
