The Dude abides...

Nice easy run this morning in the snow.  Not too bad and I think it was a little warmer than it would have been without the snow.

Nice coldish run on the parkway with Brett and Brandon.  Started at Botanical Gardens, west past the pond and back the long way around the pond.

Nice run this morning, took it easy and just cruised.  Thought I'd take advantage of the "nicer" day today because next week is supposed to be really cold and snowy.

I was reminded this morning why I don't really like running in the wind this time of year. That was cold and blah but the battle was won when I stepped out the door.

Freakin cold this morning.  Once again the battle was won when I stepped out the door anything from there was icing on the cake.  Good run I layered enough so that I didn't really get cold for the most part.

Had to be to work early so I hit the TM for a quick 4. 

Another freakin cold morning but I got out and had a nice run today.  Nothing special just a good run.  Last one before the huge snow storm that the weather people are promising.

Felt like the Ogden Marathon of the last 2 years this morning on the Ogden Parkway from Botanical Gardens west to 21st st pond and back.  Soaking wet, check, cold, check.  It was nice to have Brandon and Chad out to share in the misery...

I didn't want to run today but I made myself get out the door.  I bribed me by saying I could turn around at any point.  So much for that, glad I got out and had a good run today.    Not hard to see it's December, the sun didn't hit me until 10 miles.

Hard to get motivated with the cold, dark mornings.  Got out and had a good run today.  I let my body run today didn't think about anything.  Didn't want to push it too hard after the longer run yesterday.

Nice run out in the snow this morning.  A little slick in spots but overall not too bad even when I had to run the last 1.5 into the light wind.

Plan was for 7.5 this morning but it was relatively warm and nice out so I extended a little.  It was even a bit breezy at the top of Washington Terrace and the wind didn't feel cold, quite nice for December in Utah.

Brrrr...cold one on the Ogden Parkway with Brandon and Tim this morning.  Temp was around 18 with a wind chill around 4.  We finally decided to go around 9:30am.  I'm glad we got out there good run, good times with friends.

Super cold outside and I was super un-motivated to run in it so quick 4 on the TM after work.

Back to a managable temp this morning at 21-24.  Good run and glad I got out.

Relative heat wave this morning at 31, which was nice for a change.  Light snow last night left about .25 on the roads which was just slick enough to not let me have a good toe off.

Nice morning at 25 but it didn't really feel that cold today for some reason.  Out cruising, plan was for 7.5 but I added on a little.

Thought we'd get rained or snowed on this morning but it turned out great and it was warm at 35.  Great run, nice and easy, with Brandon from Botanical west on the Ogden River Parkway.

Cold this morning so I got out in the afternoon when it was a balmy 27.  The roads were kinda crappy they had it all slush, puddles, snow, and ice.  Nice run though took it easy and just enjoyed being out today.

I've been sick all week so no running.  Had a cold that felt like it was going to my chest.  Decided to try a 10k on the TM today.  I was about finished when Tim's 12.9 map my run notification came through and couldn't let him beat me by that much.  So I ran another 10k on the freaking TM.
