| | Got back outside for a good run this morning. Last week was totally shot after getting a pretty good cold, didn't feel well. I rained pretty hard for about 2-2.5 miles this morning. It's always amazing to me I can tell it's raining but it never feels as hard as it is when I see how hard it's raining in a car's headlight. |

Almost talked myself into being lazy this morning but I got up and started getting dressed to run. Glad I did, I always enjoy running once I'm out it's just getting out the door that's hard. Good run this morning, I must have run a little harder today because I felt like I was breathing harder and pushing it a little without thinking about it. No watch so I'm not really sure if I was tired or just running a little harder.
Great sunrise through Weber Canyon this morning. I had to yell at some guy, he had not scraped the frost off his windows and I don't know how he could see to drive let alone not run me over. He had his windshield wipers going like that made a difference....what a jack wagon. |

In Maui this week so I got up early and went for a run. Got about 1 mile in turning out of Kaanapali Beach by the golf course to run up the highway and somebody's dog came up behind me. Scared me a little and thankfully didn't cause me any trouble except for the fact that it wanted to go for a run with me. It made it about another 1.25 miles before it tired out and fell back. I didn't see it again.
Great run in Hawaii though, nice to be in the warmth for a week. |

| | Back from Hawaii, got lazy for the rest of the week. It was vacation after all. Couldn't get up on time this morning took the redeye back late Saturday and didn't get home until Sunday morning. Still draggggggging this morning. |

| | Raining pretty good outside so I hit the TM today. Watched Transformers Revenge of the Fallen. Hadn't seen it before and I can see I didn't really miss anything. |

| | Trying to get some motivation back and get back in a groove. Foggy and drizzly this morning but fairly warm at 39 degrees. Good run, of course it's always good to get off the TM. The rain was kind of odd this morning with the fog. Pretty thick this morning vis was about .25 mile. |

| | Roads were snow packed and slick this morning after yesterday's storm. I guess the day after Christmas and a Sunday is not a day for snow plows. Good run just took it nice and easy so as not to slip or hurt myself. |

| | Been pretty lazy this week, but I talked myself into a run this morning. Outside into the 15 degree (5 degree wind chill) temps. 5 shirts, tights, pants, hat, and good gloves made it no prob. Most of the roads were good had about 1.5 miles of packed snow/ice to run on, thankfully I didn't slip but I took it nice and easy. Good run, glad I got out. |
