| | Tired run this morning, legs felt heavy. Still cold, I've decided January is my least favorite month. 16 Degrees this morning, I'm just happy with myself for getting out and running. Still about 1 mile on straight ice due to the cold and unplowed roads. |

| | January is in full force, cold again 17 degrees and the inversion is starting to kick in. Just gotta LOVE January! I felt a little tired again this morning, figured I just got to trudge through it. |

| | Didn't feel as tired today just a little. Still cold and hopefully the bad air holds off until this small storm rolls in Saturday. 16 Degrees and the news said it felt like 6 with the wind chill so I'm still going with the 5 shirts, 2 pants, heavy gloves, and hat trying to overdress slightly. |

| | Out in the cold again, it was slightly warmer at 20 this morning so I shed a shirt before I left and only wore 4 today. That was a mistake, the wind was blowing at the top of Washington Terrace and I got cold so I decided to run a little tempo to get done and hopefully warm up a little. Ended up doing a 2.25 mile tempo at a hard effort, no watch so I don't know my splits. Felt good and I warmed up a little. Nothing like cold to motivate you into a Tempo run. |

| | Snowing and cold this morning, which meant that the snow covered up the ice. Nice and easy today which was ok with me because for some reason I felt like I was sucking wind today and I seemed to be running in slow motion. Good to have it done. |

| | After work Pig farm trail run with the boys. Thanks to Oreo, Travis, Nate, Jared, Rodney, and Ali for a great run. I'm always confused, when I run in the afternoon it seems harder for some reason. I'm used to running in the mornings but I wouldn't think it would be that different. Guess I need more of these to break out of my rut. |

| | Back out in the morning alone today. It was a BALMY 22 this morning, I should have worn shorts. Good run this morning, felt pretty good especially since I ran last night. Had a murder of crows fly over me cawing this morning, is that a bad omen???? |

| | Went for a ride on the Harley today, very nice for January 17th. Came home and hit the TM while cooking some chicken for dinner. Good run, good ride, good day off. To top it off when I got back from my ride a Bald Eagle flew over, pretty cool. |

| | It was supposed to be snowing this morning, I'm glad the weather people were wrong. We only got rain here and it was done by 5:00 this morning. Got out for a run this morning the moon was awesome. It was pale yellow, full, and setting into the clouds. Nice view this morning for a good run. Washington Terrace loop for a change this morning. |

| | Back to the January blahs. Really had to make myself get out for a run today. As usual though I'm glad I got out and I had a good run. Threw in a .5 tempo, I pushed hard. Not much but it's something. Nice morning, temps around 36 felt pretty good. |

| | Found myself home alone for a few hours this morning so I decided to take a rare Saturday run. The air was pretty dirty but the sun was out and it was nice to feel a little warmth. |

Foggy but not too cold this morning. I could only see about .2 miles this morning in front of me but I could see the sky above kinda weird. Good run, felt good today. |
