| | Cold about 15 out with winds 20-25 which puts the wind chill at around -2 or so. No go outside. Made myself get up and hit the TM. What can I say it was 5 miles on the TM. |

Another moring below 10 degrees so back to the TM. Watched Spy Game this morning. Good show.
I think I need to retire the Nike Pegasus Black shoes. I haven't used them this week because I thought they might be hurting my knee. Looks like they were because it's feeling much better since I haven't been using those shoes. |

| | Temp was 27 this morning, a HEAT wave. It's the warmest it's been since Monday. Got outside for a nice run this morning. It's always much better running outside vs. the TM. |

| | Talked my wife into an easy run this morning. 2.2 miles very easy for me but a good workout for her. She's doing much better since this summer and I may turn her into a runner yet. |

The heat wave continues. 36 degrees this moring and a little breezy. Good run today I felt pretty good. I was only going to go 5.5 but decided on the way back to extend it a little and ended up going 7. |

| | Outside again today temps cooler though at 27 and the wind felt really cold today. Kind of satisfying as well as crazy seeing that my footprints were the first in the light dusting of snow on the side of the road. |

| | Coooolllld this morning, 17 and windy out of Weber canyon. I was cold for the whole run today. Great sunrise made it worth it though. The sunrise was hitting the top of Ben Lomond it started pink and changed to a orangeish/yellow color, very nice. Great to be outside. |

| | Another cold one in the books for today. Temps around 22 and the wind was blowing at the top of Washington Terrace which is pretty normal it's always the wind coming out of Weber Canyon. I got really cold for about a mile or so and my toes were really cold which is odd for me. |

5.5 slow easy miles on snowy very slick roads. The first inch or so of snow melted because of the warm roads and left a layer of ice on the side of the road so it was easy going today. Very cool Moon set this morning, it was a big full moon that was orangeish yellow with a finger of clouds across the middle setting over the mountains. |

| | Day off today, I had to work all day last Sunday so I took today off. Got up anyway and ran before my wife and I went for a massage. |

| | Icy out this morning after the snow Sunday. Very thin coat made it slippery on the toe off which made the run harder. Ran 5.5 and then tried to talk my wife into a run but she wouldn't get up so I went back out for 2 more. |

| | An easy 5k this morning smelling the 2-cycle oil most of the way from the snowblowers. Roads were plowed so not too bad. Kinda cool today looked like glitter falling from the sky, I think it was small snow flakes blowing out of the trees. |
