| | Nice run up through Washington Terrace and South Ogden and then down Adams Ave and then back into Riverdale on the new section of the Weber River Parkway that starts at the bottom of Adam's Ave. Nice trail I liked it. Wasn't too tired after being up a little late last night, it was a good game so worth it...

| | AM - 6.7 easy. 2 rules for today's run since I'm running after work as well. 1) Don't look at my watch and 2) Don't push it. Suceeded today so that's good. Hurt my foot again at the exact same place as last week, WTF. Maybe I'll pay attention now, doubtful but hopefully. Kinda a boring night last night good thing Top Gear was new.
PM - 5 miles with a big group from work on the weber river parkway from Parker drive in riverdale. Ended up running alone because nick and Sally we're going faster than I wanted and the rest were going slower than I wanted. Still a good run.

| | Nice and easy today, I'm tired and need a good nights sleep. Let my foot dictate the pace today, tried to keep the pain at a 3-4 today.

| | Awesome run on an AWESOME February morning. Couldn't ask for a better morning anytime of the year. Ran north from Rainbow Gardens with Oreo on the BST. Soooo nice to get back on the trails. Thanks Nick!

| | Nice and easy today trying not to hurt my foot so I let that dictate the pace. Had to split this into 2 parts because I got a call from work and had to go home for and hour and a half or so at 2 miles. Getting cooled back down like that didn't help. Ran down Adams ave and back into Riverdale on the new Weber River Parkway extension...nice to have that new trail.
PM - 2.5 After work on the BST above Weber State, awesome night. Decided to take my dog Bailey for her first trail run. She did great except for being afraid when we passed other people. I had to pick her up for that part.

| | Decided to hit Antelope Island on my day off. Windy out there today. Ran most of the Buffalo run 25K route. Started off the wrong way so back tracking to go the right way cost me some distance. Good run, lots of Buffalo today. Now for a day off...

| | Goal for today was not to push it to see if running too hard was hurting my foot. Pushed it too hard on Wednesday and it hurt. Today was much much better, even after walking a lot yesterday having fun. Great run on a really nice morning.

| | Nice run from the 21st St. pond up to Rainbow gardens and back. Weather was great all we got was a light hail in the last .5. Good company with Brandon and Dave.

| | Crappy, grinder run this morning. One of those runs where it seems every step is tough. Glad I got out though and didn't hurt my foot again. Just need to keep the pace easy for now.
