| | Good run this morning but I never really warmed up until about 8.5 miles in when the sun hit me. That was nice this morning after being cold.

| | AM - I put AM because I plan on an afterwork run with friends. Cold this morning, made me feel slow and clunky. Got spoiled in February I guess. Tired to, I was sleeping too well this morning it was REALLY hard to get up.
PM - great 6 with Nick, Brandon, and Doug on the weber river parkway on an awesome afternoon. Good run great company. |

| | Great afternoon run with Brandon, Ben, and Dave on canal road in North Ogden. Ran out to the Elk and back and added a few miles to make it 13. Considered today a long slow distance run for me it was nice and easy pace pulling those guys in.

| | Pretty good run this morning. I felt better today after a good night's sleep. After basically no sleep Sunday night I took a sleep aid for insurance. Stupid time change.

| | Good run today on a nice morning. Really pretty sunrise this morning. Took it easy today just cruising and not looking at my watch.

| | A little tired for this run, had some weird dreams last night. Probably ran the last 4.25 a little hard but oh well. Now I need a nap.

Buffalo Run 25K (16.5 Miles) 03:13:00 | | Were to start....started getting sick Wednesday. So going in I didn't feel well. Got started and that first 3 mile hill killed me, I had no energy and couldn't breathe. Decided just to take it easy and finish. Even taking it easy felt like a death march. Made it through the 1st aid station and then down the backside of Elephant head ok, probably my best mile or so here. Hit that uphill back toward the aid station and just had no energy. So the rest of the way was walk/run as best as I could just to finish. Probably the toughest race I've ever run but I'm glad I finished. It was great to get out with Oreo, Gdoc, and Fritz under the blue dome. Thanks! Those guys rocked it.
Went to Now Care later in the afternoon and found out that I had Walking Pnuemonia so I guess I wasn't just having a bad run day. Which makes me feel better in a way.

| | Nice afternoon run with Brandon and Dave on the DR&G trail in West Layton. Good to get out. I felt good today trying not to push things. I've been sick, hurt, and sick all year so I'm taking it easy right now because I'm pretty fed up right now. Going to try to get things back to some semblance of normal next week.

| | Nice run on a perfect morning with Brandon, Ben, and Dave. Started at Rainbow gardens, down the parkway, out into Riverdale by the City Offices and then back to 21st St. pond. Had a good time taking it easy. I took off the last 3+ miles to get a few faster ones in, felt good.
Off to 38 Special concert tonigt. They always put on a great show.

| | Another great morning, great to be out under the Blue Dome. Really, really, really hard to get out of bed but I'm really glad I did. Just running this morning, promised myself no watch peaking. Starting to feel better, which is good.
