The Dude abides...

Nice run today and the temp at 32-35 felt great compared to the 17 or so we've had lately.  I felt good today, both mentally and physically and just cruised.

Great run this morning but kinda cool with the wind blowing from the north.  A north wind means I get to run into it on the second half of my run so that's were I felt a little cold.  The sun came up about 6.25 miles in but I didn't really feel any warmth until around 9-10 miles in and that felt really good. 

My back and hip were a little iffy today but I think it was because we replaced my sons exhaust on his Harley yesterday so we were on the floor and bending over quite a bit.

Nice run again this morning although I have to say...Go AWAY cold weather!  It was 22 this morning blah!  Just cruising along today not thinking about pace and I ended up running a little faster than I thought so I must have felt good today.

Didn't have it today, whatever it is.  Didn't feel well for the entire run so I didn't push it today.  At one point I wished I could have thrown up or something so I could hopefully feel better.  Anyway it's in the bank and I'll move on and hopefully feel better tomorrow.

Seeing that the weather is supposed to get crappy I decided to switch today's and tomorrow's run so...10 miler today.  Night and day from yesterday, I felt great today and although cloudy it was a nice morning to get outside.

It was raining when I got up so I was getting ready for a wet run and it stopped, BONUS!  Nice run this morning with good temps on a nice overcast morning.

Nice run today and an added bonus I wore shorts.  I'm seeing lots of geese flying overhead and in fields around town must mean spring is FINALLY here. 

Day 2 of nice runs in shorts.  Ahhhhhhhhh!

This week has been great weatherwise and running wise.  Just cruisin this morning no problems even though I had to get out an hour early at 5:30 to be in SLC for work this morning.

Up too late with work stuff so I couldn't get up this morning.  Soooo after work cruiser in the nice heat.  It felt really warm and great today nice to be outside.

Nice run to finish out a week of great weather.  Hopefully it continues we've earned it after this winter.

Half marathon Monday and I felt great today.  If I ran races I'd like to feel like I did today on race day.  No complaints just cruisin...

A little cooler out this morning but still a really good run today.  Nothing much more to report just cruisin...

Good run on a warmer morning with on/off light rain starting about 3 miles in.  The rain was no problem though.  It's always odd to me when it feels like it's hardly raining and then a car drives by and you see how hard it's actually raining in the headlights.  Today was definately one of those days.

Rain, snow, hail, and very very windy.  I took that as a sign to roll over and go to bed.  Too bad I couldn't sleep.  So I got up got ready and went to work early...how boring is that!

Nice run this morning.  The weather was better than the weather man said it would be so that's great.  No snow, rain, or hail this morning so bonus.  Heard a couple of Foo Fighters songs this morning, they're great to run to.

Cold this morning at 22.  I had a hard time getting up because I was cold in bed.  Forced myself out the door for a good run.  Right achilles was a little sore I'll have to watch that but I don't think it's a problem.  Did I mention that I was cold.  Done with winter...

Nice run on a much nicer, temp wise, morning.  Just cruisin along enjoying my run.

Pretty good run today, weird though.  Same temp as yesterday but it felt much colder, it must be me.  Just cruisin enjoying the nicer weather.

A guy at work asked me what my running pace is, he's training for his first Odgen half.  Anyway I told him I didn't really know because I never time myself or wear a watch.  So the last 2 mornings I decided to use Runkeeper on my phone and see what's up for the last 2.5 miles.  The results were really pleasantly surprising, yesterday I was at 7:25 ave pace and today at 7:17.  That's probably more of a tempo pace but for me I'll take it.

Now back to the no watch or timing running.....

Felt a little tired today so I just took it easy and enjoyed a nice run this morning.  What a great morning, it's soooooo nice to have spring after that really long dreary winter.

After really no sleep Wednesday night because of work I woke up early this morning and decided to hit it early.  What's up with that, anyway tired run this morning but it felt great to get out into the nice morning.
