| | Tried to get out a little early because it was supposed to be pretty warm. Started warm but didn't get too hot. Good run got in about 3 miles before the sun came up so that helped. Not much more today just a good summer run. |

| | Good run today, threw in a fartlek for about a mile bewteen 2 and 3 miles to try and beat the sun. Did alright it took about a mile to catch me. Added .5 detouring through Rohmer park because I felt like it. Nice scenery from up there looking down into South Weber and Riverdale. |

| | Warm run this morning. I got out about 15 minutes early, man I'm really pushing myself out of bed to do that, anyway to get more rbs(run before sun) in. I made it between 4.5 - 5 miles today so that was nice. Saw a couple of Quail's this morning and not much else which is ok with me. Had to run through some construction and when I got home my calves looked like I'd been mudding. |

| | Great run in Island Park today. Got out late at 11:30 because we didn't roll in until 1AM last night. My daughter went with me today which made the run even better. Found a cell phone on the trail so hopefully we can get it back to the owner. |

| | Great run again today in Island Park. Got out at a little after 7AM so the temps were great. Saw a deer about 2 miles in and 2 other runners. I can run at home and not see 2 other runners. |

| | Day off so I was up early, yeah early and out the door on my day off. Great run on a coolish morning with some nicely placed clouds. Lots of other runners out today. Got home and helped my wife mow the lawn and then off to see Despicable Me 2. |

| | Back to a normal schedule today. Good run, I felt pretty good again today. Clouds over the mountains kept the sun blocked out until I was just past 8 miles so no complaints. |

| | In St. George for my daughters soccer camp so hot run this morning. Not really sure where to run down here so I just ran around town and ended up with 8 before it got too hot especially without water. We hiked the Zion's narrows yesterday, it was awesome we had a great time. It was the first time for all of us and we'll definitely be back. |

| | Back to the grind this morning. Late night drive back from St. George on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning kinda killed yesterday's run. Good run this morning a little coolish for the first 5-6 until the sun came up. After work cruiser for 5.2 miles on the Riverdale parkway by the river. Very hot but still a good run. |

| | Awesome run from the Green Pond trailhead up and up to Ogden Canyon overlook with Oreo, Brandon, and Ben this morning. Saw 1 two point buck still in velvet and to top that the trail was great and the view from the overlook rocked. Run keeper has it at 1909ft of elevation gain so tough pull but it was fun. Thanks Guys!!! |
