The Dude abides...

Nice run with my wife it's always great to run with her, an easy 1.75 and then .5 hard trying to catch up after running back home.

Another nice run with my wife and dog.  I love to run with those 2.  Hopefully my daughter will go in the morning.

Awsome morning for a really great run.  My daughter decided not to go with me so I left.  I do a loop by my house to start I was about 2 miles in and she found me, what a great surprise.  She scared me coming up from behind but still a nice surprise.  So she got 11.75 in and I got 13.35.  Just happy to be out running with my daughter.

PM - 2 with my Wife and Chloe (our mini dachsund).  Great run nice to be out with 2 of my 3 favorite girls, although Chloe wasn't really into it today.

What a great morning, temps couldn't be any better with nothing but blue sky.  My daughter got up again and ran with me so that makes my day even better.

Great run on another nice morning.  My daughter didn't want to get up this morning so I was solo today.  Took the opportunity to run a little harder, felt good.  Now I feel a little tired but I just ate some oatmeal, yummy, so hopefully that helps.

10 miles complete with several work interruptions so kinda so so.  Plus my head wasn't in it this morning.

After finishing the last 2 cuts of the wood floor we're adding to our hallway then my wife and I cleaned the garage and shed out.  Made a trip to the dumps, by then it was about 4PM.  My wife took a nap so I went for a run.  I'm NUTS...it was about 85 and I was tired from working all day.  Tough, tough hot run today but kinda glad I got out.

Easy run this morning with my Wife and Chloe.  Felt hot at 9:30AM but it's always fun to get out for a run with those 2.

Good run this morning but it really got hot.  First 10 or so miles were warm but manageable, there was some cloud cover that really helped.  Last 3 when the sun came out were just like Saturday afternoon, I could feel the temps go up.  Now I'm a little drained but it's a good drained.

Nice run on a warm but not too hot windy morning.  Just cruisin today without my daughter who wouldn't get up....bummer.  Soccer conditioning started so she can only run on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Nice run today on a great morning even though I left my water bottles home.  Lots of other runners out today and 2 Quail's that ran across the street in front of me.  Tempo for the last 4.25.

Nice cruiser this morning, it felt slightly cooler this morning which was good.  Lots of walkers out but no other runners today.  Added .5 on a detour through Rohmer park instead of running through some road construction.

10 awesome miles on a perfect morning.  Great to be out today.

Good run today, I felt good just cruisin along.  Left a little early to get more run in before the sun came up which helped.

Nice run with a few other runners out today and more walkers.  Started to get warm about 5-6 miles in then I turned around and got a slight breeze from the WNW that felt great and couldn't have been better timed.

Nice run but a little warm this morning.  I can really feel when it gets around 70.  Detoured .5 through Rohmer Park to wave to my daughter at soccer conditioning so that was fun.

What a great morning really nice to be out for a run, 20 degrees cooler than yesterday.  I almost needed gloves at 45 but I toughed it out.  Good morning just cruisin...

Wow, another perfect morning.  Got out early so I could go to breakfast with the fam...great run again.  Felt good running, felt good to be out.

Warm morning today so I got out a little early to get more rbs (run before sun).  Started getting fairly warm at 7.5-8 and then hot at 9 or so.  Other that the warmth, not complaining I'd rather have it 75-80 than 10-20, it was a great run today.

Nice run on a great morning.  Strategically placed clouds gave me shade for most of the run which made the temps nice and I felt great today just cruisin.  At one point I had to brush a big black winged ant off my shirt.

Great run today I'm feeling good right now.  Another big black flying ant on me today, that's 2 days in a row.  This time it was under my shirt.

Hard run today effort wise.  Not really sure why but it felt hard and was a huge sweatfest today.  Picked another big black flying ant out of my hair today.  3 days in a row now.

Good run today but it was a little warm.  Got out slightly early so I got just over 3 miles done before the sun came over the mountain.  No flying ants today so that's a plus.

Funny thing today, a lady with a large dog on a leash was running and an older lady had her yorkie just out for the morning unleashed.  The yorkie took off after the larger dog and the older lady came running out of her house in her bathrobe and had to chase the yorkie down the street and then in circles because it didn't want to be caught.  The lady with the larger dog didn't stop, I don't blame her but it was funny to see the older lady in her bathrobe chasing the dog down.
