| | Still trying to recover from walking pneumonia. This has been a tough one. Finally felt like I wanted to be a runner again today. Decided to try a short easy one today. Not good but not too bad either. I think I'll survive this. A word of advice...don't catch this, it REALLY kicked my butt.

| | Very slow, very exhausted miles today. I have no strength yet, lungs are probably 60-70% but I feel like I need to be a runner again. First time in over a week that I've felt like running.

| | Nice morning...I wish I could start feeling a little better. I guess the fact that I'm out 2 days in a row is a good sign. Still slow and slugish, coughing away.

| | Good run on my day off. Got up early so I didn't have any excuses today. Feeling better but I'm still maybe 75-80%. How can the human body produce soooo much snot?

| | Maybe a light at the end of the tunnel this morning. While not great, I did feel slightly better. Less coughing and I caught a little bit of a second wind at about 6 miles or so.

| | I didn't want to get out of bed this morning, I was ever sooo close to rolling over and sleeping some more. I think the only thing that got me out the door was my thermometer, it read 41. Great morning, I felt both good and bad throughout the run today but glad I got out. Did anybody else see the AWESOME sunrise...it was so red with the clouds through Weber Canyon.

| | Colder out today but the coughing while running was much less today so I'm happy with that progress. I'm still fatigued a little but it's getting better although not as fast as I'd like. Good run today even though I was ready to be done about 6 miles in.

| | So So run today, just didn't feel it. Then to top it off at 3 miles the rain/snow started. I got cold today because I underdressed and didn't plan on being wet. I guess I've got to change gears and start thinking weather a little bit now....bummer.

| | Super nice morning and I felt pretty good today. Ended up doing HMP for the last 4.25, first time I've even felt like running a little faster in 3 weeks. :)

| | Started out good then about 3.5 miles in the snow started. Had to break out my 2nd set of light gloves because my wimpy hands got cold. |

| | Took Friday off, we were at University of Great Falls on a campus visit for my daughter. She got offered a really nice scholarship to play soccer, I'm sooo proud of her.
Anyway, nice run on a really good morning for late November. I'm not really sure what the difference is between the Kinvara 5 A/B pairs but I definately like the A pair better, no doubt.

| | I was cold this morning. Of course I tried to be tough and wear shorts but I guess I'm not tough enough for that. I'm usually ok around 28-29 degrees for shorts. At one point my thumb started hurting so I had to tuck it into my fist, what's up with that? I feel like a big wuss. Now I'm sitting at my desk with a hot chocolate and a jacket and I'm still cold.

| | Slowly getting back to normal after being sick. I'm probably about 90% now generally. Good run on this Turkey Day, they're always good because there's no traffic and it's quiet and enjoyable.
Happy Thanksgiving!

| | Post Thanksgiving daze run this morning, but it was all made better when Riviera Paradise by Stevie Ray Vaughn came on the old iPod. Great song to relax to during a good run on a quiet morning.
