| | Frosty out this morning, at least all the leaves on the trail that looked wet weren't icy. Nice run up past 4800 S in Roy and back for a 10k.

| | Too freaking cold out this morning. 28 with a breeze felt really cold today. Janell and I went north to 5200 in Roy and back, at 2300 I went solo to 1300 N in Clinton to get the 10K.

| | Nice run solo down to 300 N in Clearfield and back. A little light sprinkle on the way back pretty light didn't really feel it, if I didn't see the drops on the trail I wouldn't have noticed.

| | Tough to get out, too cold. 3 shirts, hat, and gloves worked out ok. Still having a tough time with the cold this year. Solo down to 300 N in Clearfield and back then added a loop around the park at 1300 N and down 1300 to 1500 to make 6+.
