Easy week's over, good run today. I'm feeling pretty tired right now but I think it's more due to the stupid time change than anything else.

It was raining pretty hard when I got up this morning. I had to work late last night but I was going to get up at my normal time to run outside and try and beat the storm, no such luck. I decided to go back to bed and run on the treadmill. Pretty BORING run, there was absolutely nothing on TV.

Good hard run today. I pushed it a little for me and it was a good run. I got pretty tired about 6 miles but I just kept pushing it.

Got to sleep in today because of Veteran's Day. Decided to take a nice easy run but I got to 3 miles and was pretty much ready to be done. I pushed on I think runs like this are good because they help you mentally prepare to push yourself. Slow run today but at least I did it.

Got up and my hamstring felt stiff and a little sore so I decided not to push it. Got home and decided to get a little run in so I hit the treadmill for 30 minutes.

Pretty windy outside this morning, but the temp was nice. Can't complain about 48 on November 13th. Pretty stiff head wind for the first 2 uphill miles this morning seemed to zap my energy so the run was slow. The effort felt good though so overall a good run. Right hamstring feels tired still.

Tired run again this morning. I tried to push it a little starting at around 1.5 miles and it felt like I had a pretty good run for me especially for being tired. I just don't know why certain things pop into my mind but I started thinking about Integral Calculus about 2 mile into my run this morning. Of all the things to contemplate while running...

Good easy long run this morning. Cold I had to break out the long pants and extra shirt but I only really got cold around 5 miles. The run was good I feld good this morning. The hamstring is feeling better this week. The moon was neat coming up over the mountains, it was a very small sliver but you could see a faint outline of the whole moon.

I was a little tired last night so I went to be a little early, I actually got 8 hours last night. Good run this morning up to about 5 miles and then I was just done running. It was a good thing I was 2 miles from home, if I was on a treadmill I probably would have stopped. I don't really know what it was I was just ready to be done.

Slept in today because the kids didn't have to be in school. My shoes started to rub the outside of my left ankle yesterday and I'm not sure why. I put a band aid on it this morning but it didn't help when I got home I had a big blood spot on my sock. I'm not sure why I'm running slower this week either I feel like the effort is there but the times are slow. I'm not sure if it is a combination of the time change, the cold weather, and the dark. I guess I'll just keep plugging along.

Good run this morning, except for my shoes are still rubbing the outside of my left ankle. I had a small bandaid and a big bandaid over it and it still rubbed it raw today. I've either got to get some new shoes or figure something out because my ankle is pretty sore. Rain this morning before I went out so everything was wet and a little foggy.

Decided to try some new shoes today to see if they would stop rubbing my foot, it looks like it worked no bloody sock today. Just an easy run on the TM to make sure I wasn't going to hurt my foot any more.
