| | I tricked myself today, plan was to go 6 but about .5 in I decided to extend a little bit. Good run except for getting stuck by a train on 4800 in Roy, for some reason that area is the coldest part of my run. So that made me a little cold for the last 2.5 miles.

| | 1 mile brisk walk with Bailey. It was such a nice morning I got back and went out for a run. Good choice, I'll take all of these mornings in November I can get leading into the cold darkness that is December and January. Winter is coming...yuck.
