Easy after work around the new hood.

Got out a little late because 35 degrees...hard to get out when it first gets cold in the fall.  Good run though, felt good although I did feel cold today from 4-6 miles.

Maybe transitioning to afternoon runs in the winter will work better than mornings.

Nice and cool but not too cold this moring.  Kinda tired but a good run in the dark.

Great morning and a great run on the parkway with Brandon. Started at 21st st pond and went south out and back.

3 easy in the cold with GI problems had to cut it short...blah.

Started a little later this morning so I could see a little better.  Ended up running by Roy High when all the kids were getting there so crazy.  Had to dodge through kids, why don't they pay attention to where they're walking.  Anyway good run today, felt good outside.  Winter is coming...blah.

Started a little later again this morning.  I really wanted to stay in bed but I've been doing a little too much of that lately so I made myself get up and go.  Good run, took it nice and easy to make it more enjoyable.

Nice Run on the parkway with Brandon to run off some stress.

I really tried hard to talk myself out of running but I'm hard headed and wouldn't listen,  for at least today.  Good run today, I need to remember that I never regret running.

After work on a nice afternoon with Bailey.  Took it easy so I didn't over heat her and it felt much harder that it should have for me.

Good run this morning, felt much better than yesterday afternoon.  I could take mornings like this year round weatherwise.

I've been sick the last couple of days so a nice easy run with Brandon, Emily, Scott, and Camille on the parkway this morning was perfect.

Thought I'd get out for an easy run this morning and ended up pretty much doing a 3 mile tempo.  So I'll take it.

2.5 miles easy after work with Bailey and Janell, good times.

Slogging it out on a nice morning.  Uh yeah the slogging part was me because I was lazy and didn't want to run which is a common theme lately.

Good run this morning, didn't feel so tired and that's always good.
 

Tired run in the dark this morning.  Needless to say I was slow but it was better than laying in bed.

Perfect morning on the Parkway from 21st St. pond east toward the canyon and back with Janell.  Only 1 drunk/high/psychotic bum yelling and fighting the air this morning.
