Back into the freezer this morning. Felt much colder than yesterday.
Not so cold today, nice to get out.
Had to take a few days off for hamstring soreness. Glad I didn't try and push through it. Good run nice and easy.
Donated blood yesterday so nice and easy today which was a bonus for my hamstring. Feeling good so hopefully the days off and taking it easy helped.
