37 degrees...hmmm.  Didn't expect an ice rink this morning but that's what I got.  Very icy and slow today.  Good to get out and I didn't fall.

No ice today.  Nice run to 5600 S in Roy and back solo

Ahhhh.... In Maui what an awesome run.  Clean air, warm, along the coast for 4.

Maui Oceanfront Marathon 10K on our 6th anniversary.  Great race, best course.

Donated blood yesterday so nice and easy today which was a bonus for my hamstring.  Feeling good so hopefully the days off and taking it easy helped.

Didn't know how this would go today.  Had food poisoning Sunday night - Monday.  I hadn't eaten anything in 36+ hours.  Woke up feeling ok, so I gave it a go.  Made it about 3 miles before I crashed.  Last mile was tough.  At least I'm feeling better.

Finally feeling better. Warm out today, should've taken water. 

Had a hard time getting up this morning.  Glad I got out.  Perfect morning, nice and cool at 48.  Planned 3.5 - 4 but ended up streching it to 6.  Good pace for me today as well.

Another nice morning at 46, won't complain about that.  Good run, ran a little too hard.  Kept telling myself to slow down a tad but then I'd get distracted.

72 degrees...pretty warm.  Wasn't quite as bad as I thought.  I ran south on the rail trail to 300 N in Clearfield so there was lots of shade.  Feeling kinda like a runner again.

Got out late so it was pretty warm.  Supposed to be a day off but I was going to walk and I thought a SUPER easy 2 miles would be the same as a walk.  So I started late and didn't take water to make sure nothing crazy happened distance or pace wise.  Ended up with 3 pretty easy miles.

Got out a little early for this solo run.  Good morning for a nice run.  Good to be able to run a little bit longer.

Got out after work.  Saw the dark clouds and thought I could get in 3.  Didn't quite make it, got rained on the last mile.  Soaked when I got home. 

Happy that I got out this morning. My bed felt really good, didn't want to get up. Nice out at 64 but humid. Sweatfest run today, I ran hard, probably tempo pace today.

A little warm and windy out this morning.  First 2 miles with Janell the rest solo.  Longest run in a bit, good to get it in.  I was done at about 5.5 miles today for some unknown reason, the last 3.5 was a slog.

Awesome run this morning.  Up Wheeler creek canyon and down ice box. One of my favorite all time.  So great to get back up there.

COld out today, especially coming back south from 4800 in Roy.  Breezy from the ESE.  Good run otherwise, glad I got out.  When my alarm went off I felt so tired didn't think I'd get out today.

80.5 miles this month, not too bad considering I had to take a week off because I got sick.

17 out with a slight breeze and I wimped out. Went to the gym with Janell and tortured myself on the treadmill. 

Much better today at 27.  Nice run with Janell for 3.5, the rest solo. Kinda weird, I got rained on for about a mile from 5600 S in Roy to 2300 N in Clinton on the way back. Thought it was too cold for rain.

Solo today in Kauai. So nice to run here, not looking forward to coming back.  I got through 6 on dead legs today so I'm happy about that.

Stepped out the door and it was raining, almost turned around.  Got sprinkled on for 2 miles and then again for the last .5.  Glad I kept going this morning.
