| | Cold morning for a longer run for me. Got stopped 2 times by trains, 2 times by lights, and 1 time by a St. Bernard. Never felt like I got completely warmed up but I felt good today.

| | A little tired but I got out the door this morning which if I think about it was the real victory. The run was the cherry on top. Slogging around Roy/Clinton today. At least the air quality has stayed on the yellow side instead of the orange this week.

| | Foggy, icy, and cold this morning. Figured it was better this morning than it's supposed to be for the next 2 mornings so I went for it. Didn't fall so that makes it a good run. The fog started to clear about 5.5 miles in.

| | Not as cold this morning...24 vs. 20. But it made a difference. Modified my 5 mile route a bit I think it will work out. No running down 1800 N in Clinton means a good thing.

| | Windy and warm this morning. The last 2 mile slight uphill with a 20 mph headwind kinda sucked. Otherwise a good run today.

| | Nice run on a really great morning. We've been spoiled this month with the weather. Legs got a little tired at 7 miles turning from 4800 onto 3100 but I held strong, weathered the tiredness and got through it... ;)

| | Another perfect morning, very nice today. Good run supposed to be a nice easy recovery but I ended up pushing the last couple of miles. I also overdressed a bit, never thought I'd say that in January.

| | Bummer the clouds covered up the lunar eclipse this morning but if there's a silver lining it was warm this morning at 39. I wore shorts today because I overdressed a bit yesterday. Nice run just cruisin around the hood.
