Miserable run this morning, it was about 80 when I started with a pretty strong hot wind. The saving grace was some strategically placed clouds so that 80% of my run was in the shade.
Felt like I was getting a blister today which is odd because I never have blister problems. Behind my right big toe on the ball of my foot was pretty painful from about 1 mile on. Hopefully it will be ok tomorrow. |

Much better run this morning. Temps about 5-8 degrees cooler and a slight breeze that wasn't hot. I seem to overheat easily for some reason. Got out earlier and with some more strategically placed clouds I got shade for the entire run this morning.
Great music today, started out with Van Halen Take Your Whiskey Home and finshed off with Van Halen Little Guitars. |

| | Great run this morning, felt good today. A little breezy so that felt good. A lot, by a lot I mean 3, other runners out this morning which is more than I usually see. Got started a little late needed to get my daughter up for soccer practice so I got a little hot with the sun beating on me for the last mile or so. |

| | Temps were a little cooler this morning, low 60's but I had to start late because I took my daughter to soccer practice. Just getting miles in today not a great run. Felt like I was running in place for the entire run, seemed like it took FOREVER to finish. Glad it's done today and glad I went. |

| | Better run today, got out earlier. Back to warm and windy but at least I got about 5 miles before the sun came up over the mountain. Didn't feel like I was running in place today so overall the run was pretty good today. Pretty uneventful otherwise. |

Pretty good run today, I felt better than the last couple of days. Temps were cooler this morning I think probably helped.

No running last week, my wife and I were in Roatan, Honduras on a dive trip all week. AWESOME!!!!!! Great time.
Came back from 80 degree high humidity nights, it felt like you could chew the air down there to a 50 degree morning. Felt really good running this morning for taking the week off, loving the cooler temps. |
