| | Tired, tired run this morning. Barely got out the door. I think the long weekend in Great Falls and driving caught up to me. Felt warm this morning until I got to the top of Washington Terrace then like I hit a wall the temp probably dropped 10 degrees. Weird but I'll take it.
PM: Easy run along the Bonneville Shoreline trail after work for a little relaxation and because I needed a little trail run.

| | Tired legs for a good run. Overall pace was better than I thought it would be so that's good. Stupid construction on Adams by the hospital is a pain they have completely removed the sidewalk on the west side and on the east side there's a sign that says sidewalk closed. Right....I so ignore that.

| | Perfect run up the Skyline trail from wind surfer beach to the 4 mile post with Oreo. Thanks for the invite. Perfect morning, trail was great. Oreo was in beast mode chewing up that trail just tried to hang on for a nice ride.

| | Almost rolled back over for more sleep this morning. Got out of bed and had a pretty decent run this morning. Started out kinda slow then picked it up down in South Weber and back into Riverdale.

| | Afterwork grinder, of the best type, up Wheelers, up old snow basin road to middle fork, down through icebox. Beutiful run, trail is prime and the leaves are great.

| | Tired run today, that seems to be the theme of late. Doesn't really seem to be affecting my pace though so who knows. 12.5 miles in I'm cruising along and a white poodle starts chasing me. I stop to let the owner get it, I turn to stop and look at it and the dog has a blue mohawk. What's up with that, a white poodle with a blue mohawk chasing me.
