I ran up Harry's Hill over to Woodland Hills drive down to Canal road and then home, I felt really good on this run. Anytime I can run up Harry's in under a 9:30 pace its a good day, downhill was really good too I felt like I was in control and not pushing it. My avereage pace was 8:17 with a total time of 53:58, I had 3 MP miles and they were 7:39, 7:07, 7:59, I finished up with my upper body weight training and then some push-ups. Progress!
