| plan was to run slow thinking that I would have less symptoms but after this run I had alot of symptoms. plan was 10:20x 2, 10:10 x 2, 10:00, the maintain pace for half a mile and then speed up for half a mile. total time 60:04 splits 10:14, 10:09, 10:05, 10:07, 9;58, 9:31.

| I hit the split button when I meant to pause the watch. total time on the watch is 30:45 but at 4:04 I stopped to talk briefly with friends... I thought it was for about 1 minutes and 8 seconds but the watch info said I was stationary for 52 seconds. That would make for a run of 29:53 and splits of 10:17, 9:56, and 9:40.
