plan was to run slow thinking that I would have less symptoms but after this run I had alot of symptoms. plan was 10:20x 2, 10:10 x 2, 10:00, the maintain pace for half a mile and then speed up for half a mile. total time 60:04 splits 10:14, 10:09, 10:05, 10:07, 9;58, 9:31.
