| total running time 57:28. I am on vacatino and I got 7.5 hours sleep but still didn't feel well.
spliuts 9:34, 8:59, 9:17, 9:28, 9:43, 10:28. I didn't realize until the turn around point that I ahd the wind at my back. On the way home I was running into the wind and it was tough. Plus...as the day has progressed I realize that I am coming down with something (I am writing this 13 hours after I did the run).
