| I ran on the track 5 x 400 with 200 recovery and then 1 200 fast to compelte 2 miles on the track. 1.2 warm-up and 1.2 cool down. total time 41:59.. 400 splits 2:04, 2:06, 2:05, 2:07, 2:06, 1:02 (200. overall splits 11:29 warm-up, 8:51, 9:21 (only 2.5 laps fast), 12:17.
