| Today I had more time. I ran outside even though the surfaces are hard. I intended to run 4 miles but then I decided to do a monument run. I hit the Washington monument, the vietnam, Lincoln, Korean War Memorial, Martin Luther King, FDR monument, and the Jefferson Memorial. Distance is another guess. Great run.. Stopped and started the watch a lot. Running time 56:58. |

total time 56:14. I stretched better before running and it was 68 degrees when I left. It warmed up fast and it struggled at the end. At the beginning I was purposely trying to slow down and did not feel like I was pushing but then it got to me.
