Splits 9:17, 9:11, 9:12, the gave Andrew the watch and he went ahead. not sure of 4 mile split but last 2 miles were 19:50. I wasn't feeling well. At 17:30 I ran a half mile in (9:13, then half mile in 8:57, then 1 minute 30 seconds at 8:49 pace). By that time we were at 30 minutes and I started going slower. |
