| on a treadmill at the mArriott Ixtapan de ls Sal. total time 28:03. not sure of distance. my watch gave me splits of 9:43, 9:12, and 9:08. However, the last mile I had the speed set at between 5:20 down to 5 min/km which is below 9 min/mile the entire time and it gave me a split of 9:08.
