When we get back to the US I will need to figure out what do do about my sciatic symtpoms.

| two runs... first one I stretched at 0.52 miles and then struggled to get to 6 miles. Then had tos top at 6.3 miles with a pebble in my shoe. stopped the watch at 7.22 mile (thought it was 7.21). tried to run hard the last 0.79.
