| total running time 57:54. had to pick a new route as I did want to run as far as I needed to run at the temple with all the circles. Since the Bosque was clsoed I ran along the outside of it. That was a mistake! One entire side of the bosque doesn't have side walks outside of it. I was also doding major issues with the sidewalks and with the traffic. splits 9:20, 9:09, 9:05, 9:16, 9:20, 9:26, 2:18.

I did my usual stop to stretch and let vasodilation occur at @ 0.52 miles and then I did well until about 5.38 miles when I stopped again. My leg was bothering me quite a bit. I did fine for another segment but stopped at 7.22 miles to again stretch. I atrribute this to my massage gun breaking. I should get another one delivered by Amazon Mexico today. splits 9:01 (too fast), 9:14, 9:03, 8:58, 9:05, 9:11, 9:09, 6:52.
