I did my normal stretch at about 0.52 miles but then had to stop at 4.03 miles and again at 5.25 miles due to fatigue. splits 9:09, 9:03, 9:03, 9:13, 9:15, 9:19, 2:30. the rest of the day my legs were quite fatigued

| total running time 37:53. I felt really tired today. yesterday I had 24,000+ steps with my long run and working in the temple. I really struggled. I stretched at 0,52, stopped at 1.75 to rest and then again at 3 miles to rest. After the rest at 3 miles I felt better and ran harder. splits 9:28, 9:41, 9:42, 9:02.
