Intent was to do 3.5 miles but ran out of steam.
quite tired at the end of this work-out....weather of the last few weeks has affected my fitness. elbow tendonitis seems to have resolved. will slowly try to add back pushups. arms are really sore today. | Add Comment |

53:16. Started out pretty slow. At 26 minutes went did 5 min fartlek. at 39 min did the grandview trail in 6:58 (stiff wind). got paged at 46+ min with over a 5 minutes discussion with a resident. likely need to go back to the hospital. finished the last portion quite hard. | Add Comment |

at 25 minutes I rana 3 min fartlek. I ran the GV trail hard in 6:30 with a head wind the whole way. At the end I was really tired.

ran in 40:47. also on indoor track at Fort Wainwright. this was quite interesting counting the laps and keeping tracsk of the alternating 2 minutes.
