worked half the day at a cross country invite and then ran in the afternoon. couldn't do the long run due to fatigue and to the blisters.

blisters really bad. total time 41:40. 6 x 400 in 1:48, 1:48, 1:47, 1:48, 1:53, and 1:53. Did the first three in a 4:15 800 "couplet". then slowed down because of the blisters from my new orthotics. will likely not be able to run the rest of the week. | Add Comment |
