we were at Disneyland this week. On my feet for >12 hours Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. My legs feel dead and I think I gained some weight too. I got up at 4:30 am to run this morning since I have a diabetes event to attend. I will need a nap either today or tomorrow.

| started out pretty good. PLanning for 5 miles tempo. Just before the 2.5 mile marker I rolled my ankle on a rock. had my headlamp on but didn't see it. tried to run through it but it gradually got worse. at about 4 miles I walked for a bit and then ran a bit more. forgot to get the 4 miles split but it was over 11 minutes. total time 44:09 splits 9:24, 9:16, 9:37, 15:52
