afterwards I did the plyometrics suggested in the November Runner's World. I am so out of shape! I was only able to do 1 set. I suspect that I will be very sore.

| i am really bummed. I was planning on running 4.5 miles and pushing the second half in a tempo run. However, at almost the half way point I felt a sharp twinge in my right hamstring. I walked for awhile and then jogged. This is pretty weird.
