| total running time 70:41. Plan was to run a bit harder for as long as I could go. I stopped and stretched a bit after about 0.5 miles and then ran continuously until 5.8 miles. I met Alejandro but he was ready to go right away so there was at most a 5 second pause. This was the best run I have had since we got to Mexico. the splits were 9:29, 9:27, 9:19, 9:18, 9:12, 9:26, 9:28, and 5:02.

| total time 29:24. plan was an easy run on temple square since the Bosque is clsoed on Mondays. I stopped at about 0.53 miles to stretch some and then at about 0.7 miles to talk to Terry Calton. I was a bit stiff today. splits 9:56, 9:40, 9:48.

| total running time 72:45. plan was to run in the Bosque de aragon with Alejandro. I didn't sleep well and was struggling a bit. I rested at @ 0.52 miles to stretch, for about 15 seconds at 1.65 miles thens tarted with Alejandro. We did the 5 k together and then I needed to take a break for 2 minutes and a little bit more. We stopped when Alejando turned around at 5.65 miles into my run. I then took another break at about 7.15 miles. I slowed over the last 1.75 miles but it was still a good effort. splits 9:25, 9:18, 9:11, 9:17, 9:12, 9:21, 9:36, 7:25.

| total running time 73:21. I ran in the Bosque by myself as I needed to sleep in. I left on the run abour 7:15 am. Plan was to warm up for @ 0.5 mile then try to run low 9:20 pace thought 7 miles. I got a rock in the side of my shoe that I tolerated for about 1.3 miles but went it moved to the sole of my foot from the side of my foot I stopped at 5 miles to take it out. I was already struggling so this gave me an excuse to not follow the plan. splits 9:26, 9:20, 9:16, 9:25, 9:27, 9:23, 9:42, 7:25.

| total running time 57:41. ran at the Bosque with Alejandro, I stopped and stretched at about 0.52 miles. I then ran without stopping for a little over 5 miles (stopped at @5.7 miles). I didn't realize that I had slowed for the 5th mile until I saw the split. I picked it up but started struggling the last 0.1-0.2 before I stopped. The 6 mile split was only what is was due to about a 3 minute break. splits 9:22, 9:24, 9:06, 9:06, 9:19, 9:09, 2:16.
