total time 56:30. tried to go out slow but didn't really...9:18, 9:08, 9:18, 9:44, 9:26, 9:35. the last 2 miles hurt. However, I am still getting stronger! The last time I ran 6 miles was 18 August and I ran it in 62:37 that day.
after about 10 minutes, I went back out on the bike for 7 miles. |

| the combination of running and biking and cooler weather is really showing results. today total time trunning 35:49. splits 9:02, 9:01, 9:02, and 8:44. wow. I am excited to start feeling this way. I was winded at the end but feeling really good. |

didn't take the day off because we are traveling tomorrow. Was planning on running 6 but got to bed late and then was running straight into a head wind for the first half of the run. splits 9:21, 9:32, 8:58, 8:33 for a total run ov 36:24. Pasrt of the reason coming back wsa so much faster was the wind. I would like to get to the point that I can run every day without heavy legs but the legs were a bit heavy. still these orthotics and the new balance shoes have made a tremendous difference! |

| I got up early and ran with a head lamp on. With 3 days rest I went out faster than I thought. I am getting stronger. total time 35:43. splits 8:45, 8:58, 9:00, 9:00. running outside is much better than a treadmill! |

| got up really early in order to have time for a long run. was going to ride bikes too but ran out of time early and then energy later. Total time for this run was 54:09. Splits were 9:12, 9:05, 9:13, 9:01, 8:37, and 9:01. I am beginning to wonder if the 2nd and 5th miles are short? Nevertheless...this was way faster than I have run 6 miles in a long time. it feels good. |
