I moved home to Arizona. My wife and I are empty nesters. In 2016 I had stents placed in my heart after discovering coronary artery disease. | not sure of distance. cut run short because I ran into a swarm of bees. I got stung so many times that I thought I should go back home to just in case I was going to have an alelrgic reaction. hope that never happens again. I am pretty uncomfortable right now. |

| I got up at 4:15 to have time for this run. I was pretty tired. the run time was 40:53. I only walked for 1 minute. I initially ran pretty slow but i did pick it up from 17 to 20 minutes. I also pushed harder at the end. |

| we were up in the mountains hear Young AZ. The altitude and the hills really got to me. the total running time was 47:34. I was really tired because kids in my cabin didn't sleep well. I am glad I ran even if it was slow. |
