| last week I went camping with the Venture group. I am injured and didn't run. Ia ctually limped quite a bit with all the walking we did. I am feeling better but won't attempt to run until I know that I am healed. I rode the exercise bike this morning for 35 minutes- 11.41 miles. | Add Comment |

swam for 10 minutes in the morning using the tether to hold me in place.
