| had a good appointment with my podiatrist on Wednesday and wills tart gradually ramping back up. Today I walked 10 minutes and then alternated jogging 5 minutes with walking 5 minutes. I jogged for a total of 25 minutes and the total exercise time was 56:40. The distance may have actually been a bit farther but I am not sure. |
