After I got on the running path at Aragon Forest I could hear someone coming up behind me so I gradually sped up. that explains the faster 3rd mile... I ran a different direction on the path and it turns out that this fast mile also corespodned to a slight down hill whereas the slower miles corresponded to slight uphill. splits 9:32, 9:12, 8:56, 9:16, 9:37, 1:51.

It appears that we will run together periodically as I have found him on facebook and we will communicate through messenger. we ran easy and talked as we ran clockwise on the 5K trail. splits 9:52, 9:50, 9:27, 9:43, 9:45, 2:07. average HR 119.
