| total time 48:24. plan was a steady run around 9:25 pace. After I got on the running path at Aragon Forest I could hear someone coming up behind me so I gradually sped up. that explains the faster 3rd mile... I ran a different direction on the path and it turns out that this fast mile also corespodned to a slight down hill whereas the slower miles corresponded to slight uphill. splits 9:32, 9:12, 8:56, 9:16, 9:37, 1:51.
