| I wasn't feeling totally well yesterday so I wasn't sure how the run would go today. When I planned the month I intended to run 9 miles again today but I knew I wouldn't do that. As I started my run I thought I would go 7 or 8 and I would decide at the 3 mile mark. I also thought I would start at 10 min pace and thens ee what happened. well.. nothing went like that except I ran 8 miles. total time 76:51. splits 9:46, 9:30, 9:34, 9:30, 9:24, 9:32, 9:39, 9:56. I was spent at the end but still this was a pretty good run.

| total time 91:34. I did an out and back and I planned to negative split. I then discovered that I would be running against the winde the whole way back. I tried out my new basis peak watch. I missed one of the splits. 9:58, 10:02, 10:08, 9:57, 9:52, 10:08, 20:49, 10:40. I had my other watch on for back up and the 2 miles that were together were 10:22 and 10:27.
