About 1.5 minutes into my run I got on a path right as this group of 6 women were running by. I knew they were going faster than me and tried to not let it affect my pace but when I got to my first mile mark I was surprised. I ahd to deliberately try to slow down.Then by the 3rd mile I had slowed down too much. I am feeling much stronger lately. I still feel fat and slow!

| total time 38:31. i decided to take it easy for 2 miles and then go hard for 1 mile. last time I did that I wasn't very please. This time I was surprised. I was dying at the end. Proably did the first 0.7 in 7:50 pace. splits 9:47, 9:39, 8:09, 10:57.

| planned on running in the morning but had abdominal cramping for over an hour from 2 am to 3:15 am. slept until 6 am and didn't run.
in the late afternoon I ran without stretching until the 2 miles turn around spot when I stetched for mamybe a minute. total time 35:47. splits 9:12, 8:55, 8:46, 8:55
