6 minute warm-up then 8 x 440 with 440 job in between.
times: 1:40, 1:41, 1:39, 1:43, 1:42, 1:42, 1:40, 1:41
total time for each 880 was 4:30 until rest jog before lap 7 and lap 8 in which total time was 4:45.
