| total running time 45:55. I felt tight from eysterday's workout so I figured I would go out slower. For some reason I didn't. turn around was 23:17 (25 seconds faster than Tuesday). I didn't speed up as soon because of the faster pace. However, when I did speed up I struggled. back was 22:38. still faster overall. mile out 8:29 and back 8:23. The next segment was 22 seconds fater on the way back but then I struggled for just minimal negative splits. |

| total running time 72:50. I ran the 8 miles and then the 0.3 quite slow as a cool down. I wanted to surpass 22 miles for the week too. I finished the 8 miles in 68:47. I was dead when I finished. i turned around at 34:56 and then came back 1:05 faster for a 33:51. I had a hard time speeding up. it was warmer plus I had gone out faster. it was a good workpout. |

| on a treadmill in Denver. It was in the 20's and I forgot a hat so I stayed indoors. I went through 6 miles in 52:30 but then really had fatigue hit me. total running time was 61:53. Like everyone, I prefer to run outside. |
