| I tried to take the meds and do everything right but still had breathing issues. The good news is that I think I digured out the cause- a plug-in air freshner that Beth had plugged in a month ago. I unplugged it last night. I hope that is the reason! total time 51:06. splits 10:05, 10:29, 11:20, 9:39, 9:32

| more breathing or chest issues. not going to run anymmore until I can figure out what is going on. I stopped 3 times in the first 3.1 miles... didn't include the stops in the run. felt better the second half... I am starting to wonder if this is a heart issue? total run 63:37. Out in 33.05 and back in 30:35. very slow. something is wrong.

| treadmill. So... the concerns about my helath got to me. I got off the airplane and went to the emergency department. 4.5 hours later (at 4:15 in the morning) I went home knowing that my chest x-ray is normal, and ekg is normal, and that my labs (cardiac enzymes) are normal. So... what is causing my chest pain and shortness of breath? I sletp for 4 hourse and then ran on the treadmill. I sued the treadmill to control speed and then I went relatively ahrd the lastfrom 4.25 to 5 miles. the last quarter was at 11 minute pace. total time 51:07. splits 10:02, 9:40, 9:49, 9:39, 9:16, 2:41 (5 miles in 48:26).
